I didn't give birth to a 65 lb baby (although it sure felt like it at times!).
My journey began as a full-time mom for 13 years, and it wasn't until after my last baby, at the ripe age of 39, that I discovered the sheer joy of feeling amazing! ("Who wouldn't want that, right?") The funny thing is, I didn't even realize I wasn't feeling great until I experienced how good I could feel.
From leading volunteer group workouts to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, then venturing into outdoor Bootcamp coaching, and finally achieving certification as a Nutrition Coach, my knowledge and love for a healthy life have grown immensely. My passion revolves around strength and overall well-being: nurturing the mind, body, and soul.
