I didn’t give birth to a 65 lb baby (even though it sure felt like it!).
After 13 years of full-time motherhood and four kids, I hit 39 and discovered what it truly felt like to feel amazing—and I didn’t even realize how “off” I’d been until I experienced the difference.
What followed was a passion for health and wellness: from leading group workouts to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, to coaching outdoor Bootcamp classes, and finally becoming a Certified Nutrition Coach. Along the way, I discovered that the key to feeling your best goes beyond physical strength—it’s about nurturing your mind, body, and soul.
